FOUNDER - MR. PRAVIN SHAH

He bought machines in an auction in 1980. There on established a company "Apex Radiators Pvt. Ltd." with a manufacturing facility in Andheri, Mumbai. Here he started to manufacture Radiators for automobiles. With the advantage of knowing the manufacturing process in and out he managed to convince the major players in the tractor industry like Mahindra & Mahindra, Godrej, Voltas, Atlas Copco and many more to buy from us. Slowly we expanded and opened another manufacturing unit in central Mumbai. Once the word was out other competitors reached out to Mr. Shah and with the help of him, he opened 6 more factories all over India.

DIRECTOR - MR.MANISH SHAH

Mr. Manish Shah joined the business after his Graduation from Mumbai University in Bachelor's in Commerce. At the age of 21 he had the ability to work hard and expand the business more than his father could because of limited resources. Immediately the company expanded and set up a Manufacturing Unit in Ahmedabad where we were Manufacturing Radiator Assembly and Radiator Cores. With the aim of taking over the company from his father , he was an asset to the company as he had a very dynamic aproach. The company then set up another Manufacturing Unit in Palghar, Maharashtra. By then the company was mainly concentrating to cater to the OEM Industry. He was responsible for supplying to International Tractors Limited, Indofarm Equipments. Action Construction Equipments, Escorts Group, Preet Agro Industries Pvt Ltd, Preet Tractors Ltd, Mahindra Gujarat Tractors, MSRTC.
